     we only use handling methods and equipment that are in compliance with state and local laws.  citywide pets will never correct or discipline animals in any manner that's inhumane or inconsistent with its owner's routine, and the person conducting your consultation will be the same person to make your pet’s visits.

     all of your pet's appointments will be personalized and exclusive!  this automatically decreases liability and ensures that your pet will receive all of our handler's focus, love, and protection! 

     in an effort to enhance our environmental image and reduce the amount of polyethylene-based plastic in our communities citywide pets is 100% plastic-free in its animal waste cleanup/removal.  we also donate 5% of our profits to local and national animal rescue programs as further proof of our commitment to the clients, animals, and communities we serve.
